8/7/2024 Eysturoy island
The weather was forecast for rain today so I decided to take a drive to Eysuroy island to see what was there. I visited a village called Eide and Gjogv. At Gjogv there was a small canyon type harbor which looked cool. I then drove to a point above the village of Funnigur and hiked up to a mountain ridge for a spectacular view of the fjord below. I stayed up there for a few hours to take it all in and had fun getting the drone up for some images and videos.
