Wedge-Tailed Eagle Chick about to Fledge……
Another visit to monitor the eagle chick saw a huge increase in its size. Bruce and I sat for about 2.5 hours observing this beautiful bird resting and moving around in the nest. At times we thought it was about to fledge from the nest. Adults were seen a few times soaring high in the sky above.
